"Old Town knows how to treat a customer - BRAVO"
We purchased a brand new boat from one of their retailers. The boat has a trolling motor. On receipt we began modifying the boat to meet our needs. While making the modifications we ordered the battery. Battery arrived a few weeks later - after we had made numerous changes to the boat. We finished our modifications then installed the battery only to find the motor would not run. Determined that the wiring had a problem.
After doing several checks, we contacted Old Town. There customer service is A-1! They were kind enough to overnight replacement wiring and components! Turned out someone at the retailer had damaged the wiring.
Now that is what we call “EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE “. We will never own a kayak other than Old Town. All products are subject to failure but it is customer service that you are buying!
